The Associate Director provides leadership in the clinical services of the Center, including clinical supervision. Maintaining a caseload, the Associate Director provides mental health services for students including counseling, psychoeducation, group counseling, crisis intervention, as well as consultative services to parents, and members of the University community. The Associate Director retains primary supervision and training responsibilities for Clinical Mental Health interns, pre-doctoral counseling psychology students, and other trainees. The Director of Pre-College Services position is responsible for coordinating institution-wide programming designed to support pre-college students. This position will also lead the AU Gateway Experience, a unique pathway to admission to the Andrews University main campus for students who do not meet regular admission requirements.
